Hen won't come out of the coop

My chickens are 17 weeks old. This morning I let all my chickens out and one of my hens stayed inside. Not like her, they are always together. She is still inside. It's odd behavior and I hope she is okay? Looking for advice.

At 17 weeks old she wouldn't be going broody so my bet is she's not feeling too good. I would isolate her in a quiet place with clean bedding, fresh food, and observe her every couple of hours or so. I've had one do that, turned out she was sick and died the next day.
