hi I’ve been told loads of times that my 3 month old I’d definitely a hen but I noticed that it looks like it has hackle feathers coming any advice anyone

Please post photo, clear side view showing base of the tail (saddle feathers).

Looking back at your post from the 18th and she definitely looks like a pullet in those photos. What makes you think she has changed?

Post a very clear close-up photo of the saddle area. They can be very difficult to see in white chickens.

Sorry none of your photos show the area clearly.
Here is an example I found on the internet. Note the pointed feathers at the base of the tail in the male.
In a younger bird, you will only see the beginnings of these pointy feathers in a cockerel.
