With a white bird it may be necessary to take the photos with your hand under the feathers so that they can be seen clearly.

See how I'm doing it on this black cockerel? (He's too young in this photo to have male saddles showing but old enough for me to look for them).

I know that many people advise you to check "saddle and hackle feathers" to see if they're pointed. Personally, I would not even check hackles except in odd cases such as a frizzled bird. The pointed feathers come in both places at the same time (perhaps saddle feathers first even). The difference between the saddle feathers of each genders is stark but the differences between the hackles is much less obvious since in both genders the feathers are oblong and tapered, just in males slightly more. There are also many breeds with patterns that even make hackles look quite pointy in females. This bird is a pullet. 😉

been looking at different photos on the net and I don’t think that it’s always correct it gets so confusing I’m trying so hard to learn about my chickens I want to learn but of course I need to learn the right things thank you for your advice

I would just go off of saddle feathers and comb size, both of which indicate pullet on yours :)
