Everyone,
It took me these many years to figure out what hen-pecking truly was. One of my hens (Golden Layced Wyandot) appears that she is getting pecked on the back of her head. My wife says that she saw a different hen get pecked as well. So, since I have never had to ask.... How do I stop this pecking, because I don't want any of my flock to get seriously hurt. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance!

How long have you had those chickens? If they are fairly new then I'm guessing pecking order is taking place, but other than that I have no clue. Hopefully someone more helpful comes by!

Thank you Skitz for your thoughts. I have had my hens for 7 months now.
