Hens 3 months old not Laying eggs

Ok my hens are 3 months old and they havent even layed a single egg what are the signs

pics would help but when they start to turn red on the face and comb that usally means laying should begin soon. mine are 4.5 months old and arent laying yet and havent even begin to turn red yet. they should start to lay closer to 6 months of age and sometimes even later than that

They're too young still. Usually around 5 months or so is when they start laying.

Chicken usually dont mature till around 6 months, some take even longer. I had a hen once who was 1 year old before she laid a single egg. They will do there thing when they are ready. Usually there comb and face get real red(hen about 6 months old) and will squat when u put ur hand over them. They will lay eggs around the time they start doing that. Thats what all my hens have done.
