Hi! So I hatched 2 chicks, (A cockerel, and a pullet) we raised them together, and we moved them both in with our older hens, everyone was getting along great! But we couldn’t keep the roo, so we kept him just until our pullet started laying. Well, she is laying now, so we just recently found our guy a new home. And now, ever since he’s been gone, they’ve all been going after the pullet! I don’t know what to do. The poor girl can’t catch a break! Every time I turn around they start grabbing her! Any ideas?!

Are they free range? If you have a smaller run/pen, I would try to give her her own space that is still in with everyone, but they can't get to her, only see her. A large dog kennel, or if you can, fence off an area and make her her own enclosure for now. Can you maybe get her a friend that is close to her age so she isn't singled out? Someone on Craigslist or Marketplace might be have a pullet that could help.

No sadly we can’t have fully free ranging chickens, because we have way too many predators in our area. 😞 I’m just worried that if I cage her off for awhile, and I let her back out, they will go after her worse.

As long as she is still in there with them, and you don't separate them completely, they should all get used to her and eventually she should be able to merge back in with the flock.

How big is the coop and run, in feet by feet?
....and pics would help.
How many birds total?
We have an 8 X 16 run and more space for the coop. And we have 8 birds including her. Here are some pics.
