Hens And Roosters??

Hi everyone!

I was pondering over something and was hoping that someone could give me some insight, advice, or recommendations...the problem is that I will soon be getting more hens. So in total i will have 18 hens and one rooster. I was wondering if I should get another rooster or is one rooster to 18 hens okay....?

Well I do want my hens to hatch chicks eventually. .I was also worried about the rooster's ability to watch over all those hens...
