My hens tore up my poor little man, I bandaged him up and put him in isolation, any suggestions?

Tips from me:
-Separate the bullies, not the picked on chicken. Leave the bully separate for a week or too, until pecking order changes, then you can put her back. If there is more than one bully separate them from each other.
-If the chicken is not bleeding, put him back in the coop
-Make all your hens do "The squat" so they know who is boss
-If you see a chicken getting picked on, pull the bully away and hold her for a minute, then when you put her down give her a hard finger-peck on her back

I don't know for sure which is the culprit, but I have an idea who it is. I'll try taking her out and see if it makes a difference.
