Hens are getting super picky and only want my lunch and not the good quality tractor supply layer crumbles I get them HELP

Well I’ve babied them to much but they are my buddies and listen better than wife or kids do. But long story short they won’t eat their food they only want what I’m eating and I’m not eating layer crumbles so they want them to. Also I’m not sure they would be fooled and would only laugh at me (women right lol sorry no offense I’m dumb and you can see it in my writing) so what do I do to get them back on a good diet it’s winter here in Connecticut so I can’t just let them out to forage as there is nothing for them to get.

They might be eating when you're not looking. If they're free ranged, they might be eating other things.
