She is the only one with it, none of my other birds have that, the temps been in the 40s, she sleeps on our porch on hay, and this happened between yesterday evening to this afternoon, the temps where in the 50s last night, we do have stray cats running around, the only think I can think of is stress, it’s not frostbite, I’m originally from vermont and have seen that, she is still super healthy, eating fine, runs to me when I call her name, so no out of the ordinary behavior

Frostbite. Temps may have been in the 40s but what was your wind chill factor?
She has a large comb, so the tips can easily become Frostbitten. Temperatures don't always have to be "well below" freezing in order for birds to suffer frostbite.
You mention none of the other birds have it. Are they the same breed? Where do they sleep?
