Hens comb lighter that the other hens

Has been this way all along. She is fat healthy and active but has not started laying eggs yet. Is this a normal color variation in Buff Orpington hens?
I included 2 pics of her and one pic of the others in a group without her in it.

The combs will vary a tremendous amount at various stages of their lives. When laying they are bright red but at times they are not laying they go quite pale. During a molt or while broody they can pale out to be a light shade of pink. Before they start to lay they are usually pink and the sign that they are getting ready to start laying is when you see the comb start to turn red.
