Hens don't like new coop!

Since this coop has an enclosed run, you could just close them in that for the week. It sounds like they are old enough to go in on their own. Maybe check on them once it’s dark see if they got the hint.

Also, if your old coop was working, you could have always added nesting boxes to it. It sounds like it is bigger than this one if you exclude the run area.

As for laying in the nest boxes, maybe put a fake egg in them. I put one in each of mine and figured out they preferred only two of the nest boxes, so those were the only ones I closed off at night.

Chickens hate change..I would just let them go back to the old Coop and use the other one for emergencies....Or lock them in for a few days to get comfy...

I've changed mine around a couple times and you are 100% correct. I usually try and leave them in the coop about a week. They will adjust.

The hens are finding their way to the new coop with a little help from me by sprinkling mealworms in the run and then closing the door. They are using the ramp to get into the hen house. I am closing off the nest boxes at night so they are clean in the a.m. Got 3 eggs today and they were all clean. Still working on getting them to roost. Might have to replace with larger bars and maybe add one lower one. The roosts are a little higher than the old ones.
