Hens feathers are all breaking off??

We have a flock of ten hens and one rooster. there is one hen who now has a bare spot on her back at the base of her tail and the tops of her wings are all bare now also. The feathers around the edges of these bare spots are now just boken off feather stubs. It has gotten worse in the last few months , she constantly has broken feathers. I don't see the ohter hens bothering her or the rooster, is she doing this to herself? how can I stop this and get her feathers to grow back in? I have checked her for mites and have found none.

Just because you don't see the rooster "bothering" her doesn't mean he's not. I've had many roosters who were so good at their job I never saw them do it, but I always had fertile eggs.

My hens will molt for a very long time, or she could be doing it to herself. I would make a 'saddle' for her. (Oval piece of cloth with 4 strings to tie it on her)
