Hi guys I need some advice on how to get my hens feathers back, about 6 months back she got attacked by a coyote and was one of my only survivors. After that my lead hen just pecked her to death practically. Now I have some new girls and the lead hens attention has been redirected, so this girl is no longer getting pecked on but she still looks so bad, what could I do for her? She won’t let me get anywhere near her after her coyote attack so i’m sorry for the poor quality images

Each feather occupies one follicle. When they are damaged, they aren't replaced except at molt which is usually seasonally (in fall) with declining day length. It takes a lot of energy to regrow a coat so most chickens won't lay eggs during molt until regrowth is complete.
It happens with declining day length so a new coat is ready to protect the birds in winter.
It is possible to force a molt but at this time of year it is unnecessary.

Agree.
She will get new feathers during molt.
