Hens feathers won't grow back

Hi, so my one hen was victim to the rooster for many months. I bought her a chicken saddle and separated her. Time has passed and the rooster no longer bugs her. However, the feathers on her wings and back have not grown back yet from the rooster over mating her ? It's been 2 months now and she no longer wears the saddle and there's no sign of feather growth. She is a 1 year old silkie

She won't regrow the feathers until she molts.
This usually occurs in the fall, so if she is 1yr old, then most likely in the next couple of months you will start to see new growth.
