Nest boxes
In my nest boxes I fold a feed bag to fit (nest boxes are 1 ft³). When a bag gets soiled; fold a new one; pop out the soiled; pop in the new. Feed bags are a nylon mesh bag frozen poop just peels off in below freezing temperatures and just flakes off in summer when left out in the sun to bake and dry.

Great idea.. unfortunately all my feed comes in paper bags...

Not perfect fit but it was a peace of scrap 2x4 I had left over. It's screwed in on one side and seems to hold really well.



And anothrt 2x4 across the entrance. Sorry not the best pictures, chickens kept trying to be in the pictures

When the weather is warmer, you can change the 2x4 from screwing in to hinging it. It will make nest clean outs a breeze!
