My pullets are 3 1/2 months old and I think they have coccidiosis, but I am treating them for it now. Once they are treated and are off of corid will their eggs ok to eat? Even though they were previously infected? What if they are laying and have coccidiosis? Than I am assuming that the eggs are bad? Thanks!!

Once treated their eggs will be fine to eat. Actually I know folks that would find the eggs fine to eat even while being treated. I don't but only because I am highly allergic to many meds.
