Hens Losing Feathers?

Some of my hens have lost there feathers on where they breed, and I don't know what the rooster is doing to cause them losing their feathers. It shouldn't happen. ANY ADVICE?? THANKS!

Spurs are doing that.
Is it on their back?​

that's what i thought. And yes at the start of the wings, and above the starting of their tail feathers.

Ya i only have 3. ones a silkie and he doesnt breed with the hens.
