I searched lavender Splash Polish and this bird is the closest I could find to yours. But it is very much more whiter than yours.

A splash bird is one that has 2 copies of the blue gene. How each bird feathers out varies widely. Some are mostly white with a splotch or 2, others can be light blue with splotches all over.

I have 1 hen that is laying eggs. She is about 7 months old. Her eggs don't have much taste to them. Is there anything I can feed her that will enhance the flavor? She gets egg layer feed, oyster shell crumble, fruits and veggies, meal worms, oatmeal and table scraps. She is not free range yet since we took her in, because she was alone and the babies above were inside (due to age). So I put them all together. We have had a very, very cold harsh winter here in NY. Can't wait till spring to let them run around and have a normal life. Right now they have become "lap chickens" lol. They enjoy eating spinach, sitting on our laps and watching tv. (Who needs a dog?) ha!

Well it sounds like she is getting everything she needs.
You could try feeding Corn. But if it is Summer where you are don't give to much as corn is oily and fatty so your hen will get to fat!

I agree on the first two being pullets but I think the Polish may be a roo, that crest has very pointy feathers that I would expect to be more rounded if it was a hen, I don't have experience of the breed so take my comments with a pinch of salt! but if it is 3 months it still has some growing to do.
