Hens or roos?

Mixed breed (barnyard mix). They're about 4 weeks old now. None of them will hold still unless they're chilling on my shoulders. I can get better pics though! Any ideas about which ones are roos? I expect the brown ones to be roos just because they're aggressive.

Five brown babies. Two look like RIR. (Funky Combs)O has white wings. The other two have white heads. One Faverolle from the feed store. One silkie who doesn't need an ID. She's cool to just be her.

I think those are different chickens. They all move so fast and look so similar I get confused.
 
Any chance the one in the back is a hen?
