Hens or roosters

Hi I'm trying to figure out if theses are hens or roosters

How old are they?
Can you post a better picture of both of their combs!?

You won't really be able to tell until they crow and they are way older but the way I could tell my barred rock was a rooster was it was a way lighter barring pattern and his comb was already pink/red when all the other barred rocks I had still had little orange combs that hadn't really come in yet. I can't really tell from your picture the one on the lefts comb color but they both have lighter barring patterns than my barred rock pullets.

This one is a very young but you can see pink coming into the comb. I would wait a couple more weeks to post another pic and ask!

I would say so. They are still just a bit to young to know for sure.
For me to tell anyways!
Some people on here are so good they can tell by patterns etc.

BRs can be sexed by the colors. The males have wide white barring, making them appear lighter than the girls with the wide dark barring.

I'm suspecting cockerels, how old are they?

As quoted:

But these are just guesses they are a little to young to tell

Over 8 weeks old
