Hens quit laying...help!

Those birds both look 'active'.
I'd be checking pelvic points:

...and then suggest you confine them, but that doesn't look possible(or at least not a great idea) with the size of coop and the hot weather, but they don't call them 'hidden' nests for nothing:
Free range birds sometimes need to be 'trained'(or re-trained) to lay in the coop nests, especially new layers. Leaving them locked in the coop for a week or so can help 'home' them to lay in the coop nests. Fake eggs/golf balls in the nests can help 'show' them were to lay. They can be confined to coop and maybe run 24/7 for a few days to a week, provided you have adequate space and ventilation, or confine them at least until mid to late afternoon. You help them create a new habit and they will usually stick with it. ..at least for a good while, then repeat as necessary.

Are their layer pellets the highest percentage of their diet? What is the percentage of protein in the layer feed you are giving to your hens? What kind of treats and how often?
This is the feed we use, from tractor supply. That & whatever they may find in the yard is usually all they get..rarely do they get "treats", it's more like leftovers and that's not often at all.

Trust me, when I say I scoured the yard for any traces of eggs, I mean scoured, several times a week. I have never found anything. Everytime they've laid eggs, they have been in the coop. Also, there's not really any places to hide eggs in my yard, so I'm positive that's not the case. I don't know what's going on, other than they'll just lay whenever they feel like it, or not.
