Hens tail is down

She can walk, wasn’t do so well last night but better this morning. I checked for egg, no egg is stuck but she feels overly skinny. She is all skin and bone. I put her in a crate in the coop. She did eat and drink. Is there anything I can give her to boost her immune system and help get weight back on her?

Have you checked her real well for mites and or lice and have you ever dewormed your flock?

sounds like she's got a worm or parasite issue possibly some type if infection if you don't feel an egg stuck in there, sometimes they are higher than we would think though too. These guys are giving you sound advice so hopefully you can save your chicken before it's to late, calm and do what ya need to do for your chicken then after all is over and done gets better results instead of panicked and not paying attention
