I just got home after taking the kids to a kids night out program and having dinner alone with my dh. I am also nursing a cut heel and bruised knee after wiping out while mushing with the dogs today (first time I have fallen since I started mushing a year ago... not too bad).

I just went to Trader Joe's and bought my cats a new scratcher-thingy for Valentine's Eve. They looooove those scratcher-thingies!

I agree.. satellite is a beautiful thing.. but I have trouble spending $80 a month to watch the whole 5 channels I like .. and this way here I can monitor what my kids are watching on tv a whole lot better
