You got a yellow chickie, huh? I'll e-mail Iona and see what it is. So glad they are hatching for you. I want some soooooo bad, but have other kinds lined up to hatch first at the moment.

Yeah, those maran's are hatching very clean and nice. Much better than the blues. The blue Orps hatch so slowly that the goo and membranes dry up around them. Then I have to go in and hatch them out and get their wings unstuck from their heads etc. Maybe if I have some good blue Americana's from Charlotte I'll breed those instead. But I don't know if they are boys or girls yet.
