Here's whats nosing around the coop at night:

Yes the second is definately a gray fox--aka mt lion

. The first isn't a bear as it is too small, probably a coon --too furry to be a possum--in an awkward position--it is even kind of hard to see if it is coming or going. Those IR photos are hard to decipher.
 
I can't make out any animal at all in the first photo.

eta: I opened it in pse and lightened the heck out of it and see the animal. I guess my monitor is set too dark compared to the rest of you.

I thought it looked like the raccoon with no tail like in the other pics. I showed dh and he thought so too. I guess I've never seen a pig shaped like that, but I've only seen the type of pigs we raise, which are just your standard farm type pigs.
 
Someone on another board suggested a weasel. Trying to find out if they are in my area (northeast PA).
Hmmm...looks nothing like a weasel, still believe it's a raccoon.
