Heritage barred rock???

I bought fertile eggs for heritage barred rock chickens. I'm wondering if it really is heritage barred rock cause my roo has some rust colored feathers throughout. Do barred rocks normally have this??? What do y'all think he is?

That is definitely not a Heritage BR. Look at the comb, it look like a large pea or rose comb.

Definitely not a BR unfortunately. Maybe a Dominique with something else mixed in to bring out those other colors. He is gorgeous though.

I posted a better picture of his comb. Any idea what he might be? I'm sad cause I wanted to breed him for barred rock bitties.
