NHPFA Secretary Joseph Marquette will be speaking about Exhibition Poultry in NH, and Jason Harris, BS regional manager, will be presenting on chicken health. After presentations, there will be a period for Q & A's and other chicken chat. The event is being held at the VFW. There's a bar and give-aways. That's some really good information. Thank you Karen. I'm not quite 55 yet and right now I barely have the drive to take care of my day to day stuff, so it will take a major change in me to be able to attend college, even online (maybe). Thank you so much and I will keep these things in mind.

Darn, another EDIT: Dragon Lady....I used to buy beef tongue and freeze it to take on a circuit for dog feed...raw. They loved it. I also par-boiled a few tongues, microwaved them for a few minutes...cut into one inch pieces...it made the absolute best bait imaginable and It is almost indestructible. At that time, they cost .25 cents per pound...Oh...before microwaving, I marinated them in garlic powder, oregano and soy sauce, with just a bit of Old Bay..LOLOLOL
That is a waste of perfectly good beef tongue. I loved eating tongue as a kid.

Kids can't really appreciate a properly prepared beef tongue...give 'em bologna!
