To "sell" eggs most states require you to be a member of the NPIP. However, we are not selling any eggs on this thread. We are swapping or trading the eggs. Slightly different.

I'll not argue... I was told on another post that NPIP was required to ship any eggs or chickens/chicks. I honestly don't know if that is true or not but alas, that is what I've heard and what I've read from my Google search...

I'm game as long as it isn't illegal.

We do have to keep records and complete forms when we sell hatching eggs.

As long as you don't mark them as hatching eggs, they would have a hard time proving that they were meant for that purpose. There is no law against shipping table (eating) eggs or "craft" eggs as far as I can tell!
