Heritage turkeys in Arizona?

I live in Arizona & want to buy heritage turkeys as pets. I would rather go to a farm to purchase them & pick them up. Does anyone know where they are available. All I have been seeing is sites that mail them to you & I think that seems like an awful lot of stress on the little things.
