I have two silkies who i swore both looked very boy-ish, despite dna testing that confirmed they were female. One started laying at 22 weeks, the other at 24.

To me that very much looks like a female. See on your male how the streamera are low and go to the back. Your girl has a perfect female posture and poof ball crest.

Hers go down to her back too. They are low in the crest

Things can happen... the streamers seem to be the only off thing. Her size, stance and crest all look very female. You can dna test or wait and see.

They look just like the rooster's streamers. Here's a younger cockerel. His streamers aren't as long lol
