Hersey, Michigan Backyard chickens law

I'm new to this site and michigan. Can anybody tell me what the laws are regarding raising chickens in my backyard in Hersey, Mi? Before moving here from Arizona I raised chickens in my backyard but I've been told Michigan has a new law on this.

Local laws are what regulate chicken keeping. Check with your local government body to find out if you can keep chickens. I would recommend you do so anonymously.
