I get really sad and angry when I search YouTube for cockatoo care and all the videos are telling "DO NOT GET A COCKATOO!" I know that most people aren't cut out for it but don't make them sound like crazy, aggressive, horrors of parrots.the only thing is they are needier then other large parrots

Actually it's powder down not dander, all birds produce dander but cockatoos produce powder down (as do 'tiels and Amazons). They don't produce oil because they live in a dry climate so that's why they have dust

Good choices by the way the yellow crested ones are called sulfur crested. I was going to get a goffin but I like to cookie better LOL
