So as you can guess I’m here because I’m new to the page. we’ll in all truth I’m new to Everything chicken. Never in my life would I have thought I would own. chickens. you See I’m terrified of birds. ( no I didn’t see the movie) I have always wanted to be more self sufficient so I guess I have thought about owning chicken. Just last weekend my hubby and I decided stop Talking and actually do. Went to the store and looking for the breed we wanted with no such luck. However we told our kids we were going to get chickens. After some begging you guessed it we walked out with 7 baby isa brown chickens. Sadly at this time I had no clue on what we just bought. So get home get them settled in and I get to googling. Come to find out these 7 little yellow and brown puff balls are exactly what I needed starting out and with my fear. now you know that story is a short back story on me.
