It's Lisa here - mother of a baby boy and a full time housewife.
Thinking of growing some chickens as a hobby that will eventually turn into a business, since I got plenty of time to waste at home! Seeking recommendations

Welcome Lisa! I myself have had chickens for a year and a half and absolutely love it! It has been a wonderful experience for myself and my children and I have learned so much from these wonderful people here and this site. I read a book called “Fresh Eggs Daily” which was a tremendous help for me and it focuses on all aspects of raising chickens from babies to feed to diseases. The author also strongly believes in using herbs as natural remedies and boosting chicken health.
