My husband and I were lucky enough to be given 4 chickens by Husband's neice. Now we are trying to learn, but we sure do love those girls!

We live in Cedar Creek, Texas, have about two acres, and I have no clue what kinds of chickens we were given, except they are egg layers, not broilers.

There are plenty of people on BYC who would be able to help you identify your chickens. Post a picture of them in the breeds section, and you're bound to get some replies. If you're stuck on posting a picture, as I inevitably was too (technology hates me ) click on the little image button at the top of the posting box ^^
