Hey Gang! Whatcha think of my plans and Rooster issue?

So you turned your brother on to the chicken addiction, huh?? I've got it bad!!! I have 24 chicks that are 2 weeks old today, my first ones. I have 24 arriving Friday.....15 guineas end of June....4 chicks in October....somebody help me!!!!! I have actually been thinking of another breed that I don't have and want to order!!! My significant other is not on chicken crack like me....he comes up to the coop and asks if I am going to come to the house or stay at the chicken coop all day........and it looks like it will get worse, lol.

My Brother, Slabcrappy on BYC, got ME into chickens! He started it, I one upped him, now he is trying to one up me

It has gotten hot here...so I froze some 20 oz bottles...and I put them in the waterers to keep the water cool. The chicks and chickens seem to like that.

I am already thinking about/planning to expand my coop and run..............and I have only had chickens for 4 weeks!!!! But, I am up to 52, OMG!!!! I love them, they are sooo much fun!!! My friends, my coworkers, my significant other, even my children think I am nuts!!!

The wind is really up today with Tropical Storm Beryl staring us down....we really, really need the rain here in South Georgia (Tift County). Had a big hail storm last week, certainly don't need that! Hope my tin roof on the chicken coop holds up to all this wind.

Love the crow! This is my new 24 chicks, plus I had to add 3 Dominiques because 1 died in my first shipment and I could not just add 1 again in case that one died. You know the saying two is one and one is none.
