Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Roasted the duck today. Glazed it with a mixture of maple syrup (the real stuff), honey, fresh squeezed orange juice and some sweet red wine (lambrusco). Used the drippings to make gravy that went over mashed potatoes. For a vegetable we had fried green beans.

Everybody enjoyed the meal. The kids ate particularly well. The carcass was picked clean and just one wing left.
