Hmm…I took some boneless chicken breasts out of the freezer but now hot dogs sounds good! I made some kraut about a month ago so hot dogs would be really super yummy!

Oh that sounds good!! (another good food memory of my grandmother - she used to ferment sauerkraut in an old crock wrapped in quilts. -and when it was ready, it was magnificent! Some homemade kraut and hotdogs sure does sound yummy right now!!)

You should make some! It’s very easy, you don’t have to make a huge amount and they even sell specialized lids for mason jars that vent but keep air of your ferment.
