Have to agree I make sourdough allot but @ronott1 is better versed about it.

Do you make it with whole grain? That is what I am attempting to do. It was so heavy, and seriously sour, too sour.

I do it with all purpose flour. I will ask how long did you let your sour dough rest ?
What did you use to build your starter ? is it from whole grain?
