Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Backyard Buddies, that sounds like a great idea. I can't imagine life without the slow cooker!

Tonight I'm making sausage biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs.

I'm thinking about making a batch of cinnamon rolls, just because they sound good...but I do have a bunch of things I need to get posted on ebay...but...they sure sound good...argh...

just got back from the store. Im in the mood for a nice big chef salad but the 6'1" teenager will want more than that so I will be making a pizza from the freezer too. Nothing fancy tonight. Im gearing up for Easter dinner saturday and sunday. I loves me some ham

ams I am thinking salad tonight too. I am not sure if my teenager is going to be home or not. No school tomorrow so he will probably call and say he is staying in town.

I have some scallops in the freezer. I think I will fry them up with a few pieces of bacon. I just put some homemade croutons in the oven. Add a chopped cucumber, hard boiled egg and a little onion. Serve with crackers and sliced cheese!

Sounds like I may feel a little lazy today! Admitidley a little moody/cranky!

Yummy meals guys!

Tonight we are having dinner with a bunch of friends over at my parent's house. King Ranch casserole, a tossed salad, hard rolls and homemade brownies. Delish!

No hurry for that recipe as it sounds like it will be good even if ya can eat everything LOL.

BB thanks for missing me. It is nice to be missed.

Hope everyone is planning on a family Easter. Ham here as well.

Zookeeper - it's good to have you back in our byc kitchen!

Aneesa - you're right. Kani-tama is the Japanese version of Egg Fu Yung, only lighter and slightly sweeter. About 1/3 of the soy sauce and no oyster sauce, and the pancake has a tsp of sugar.

Everyone's meals sound so good, I'm slightly ashamed to say it's just sandwiches here tonight.

I spent the morning planting blueberry, boysenberry and blackberry bushes and the afternoon "sterilizing" the kitchen from top to bottom so I can start prepping for Sunday's dinner.

Tonight will be spent with a glass (or 2

of wine and the heating pad on the neck and shoulder to keep that nerve relaxed.
