Usually I like to cook experimental dishes. This is a good one based on a bored evening…. (Feeds 3 people) 1/2 a can of Cream of Chicken (I prefer Campbell or signature select) Any amount of shrimp, raw or previously cooked/frozen Butter, garlic, and herbs for the sauce the shrimp will cook in. Pasta, linguine or bowtie Parmesean cheese, fresh or bottle (like the big plastic ones) A sprinkle of salt Get ingredients together Cook your 1/2 can of cream of chicken in the microwave or stovetop Boil water and add your pasta, cook for 9 minutes to al dente perfection, or until tender. Cook shrimp in a buttered saucepan, you can use Pam spray or olive oil to avoid sticking. Add sauce into the pan. Mix butter, garlic, and select herbs. Throw this into the cocked shrimp pan. Once your noodles are done, drain them immediately. Transfer them back into the pot and add your cooked cream of chicken. Mix throughly. Add shrimp to the mix. Then your done! Now don’t forget to garnish with pamersean cheese and enjoy!
