Tonight it's Friday fish fry...Talapia, deep fried, with home made frys, home made cole slaw, and a long tall cool beverage...

Bratwurst steamed in beer, with sauerkraut and onions. Hot German potato salad, fresh baked rye bread. A chilled Warsteiner to wash it all down while watching the sun set after a long and hard day of yardwork.

I was a little lazy! We had tater tots and Runsias from the freezer. I always make a big batch, they freeze really well. I find it is always handy to have a quicky meal in the freezer, just in case!
 
Lemon chicken, green beans with mushrooms and onions sauteed in, vegetable pot stickers, steamed brown jasmine rice and egg drop soup with shrimp...

..and it's NOT "take out" !

we had spaghetti from our church supper (my gram makes the sauce from scratch) with salad and cake. I also make Italian Wedding Soup earlier in the day. Watched a guy on the food network make it so wrong
