Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Pan fried ham steaks, oven roasted red potatoes, and broccoli with cheese. Hard to find time to make decent dinners this time of year, but we were sick of the alternatives!

Salmon, rice & nuked peas. It will be tasty & will take about 15 minutes. That is all the time I will have today.

Last night was turkey enchiladas. Tonight is the leftover turkey stew with dumplings. It is supposed to snow again today. On Sunday night and Monday all day we got a little over a foot of snow. Now we are expecting snow from today all the way thru Sunday night! So I will be fixing stick to the ribs, warming meals.

pierogi casserole and turkey burgers with swiss cheese. The casserole was left over from last night just added some milk and more cheese.

Chicken and cheese enchiladas. And mixed fruit. For tree trimming night I mixed leftover chili with cooked egg noodles, topped with cheddar cheese, and stuck in the oven for 1/2 hour. And we had mulled cider with bourbon to go with it!
