Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Pork chops and rice with cream of mushroom soup, green beans and homemade rolls. I used the recipe from the lighter than air rolls thread and they were a big hit. I also made a cake using the recipe on the back of the Hershey s cocoa box. the icing turned out kinda odd.
 
Tonight was Lemon Pepper Shrimp and Linguine.

I made Italian bread, too. But, I was kinda late getting it in the oven so dinner was ready before the bread. The bread was really good, though LOL
 
Cross Rib Roast with a balsamic glaze and herb & garlic crust, mashed potatoes (saved the insides from the potato skins I made on Sunday for the Super Bowl

Pan fried rock cod, rice, and green beans. I wasn't feeling all that energetic tonight.
 
Homemade 1/3lb Bison Burgers (on kaiser rolls w/cheese, lettuce, tomato & pickle)
Parsnip & Potato Mash
Spinach & Greens Salad
Steamed Broccoli

I can't wait! This is my first Bison, and DH only ate it "fashionably" many many years ago. Since it's free range, grass fed & sustainable, it's on my new list of "good meat eat".

I can't believe how hard it's been since I started planning these sustainable meals. ..... oh gotta go NPIP guy is here....
