Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Last night was so good - but really had to watch portion control on this one - Homemade Mac & Cheese - made with Smoked Gouda, Mozzarella and Cheddar diluted with Heavy Whipping Cream

But it was diet honest - I left the cheese off the top!!

Tonight French toast made from the home baked bread from the weekend.

Roasted lemon pepper, rosemary chicken with cauliflower(bread crumbs and butter) and mashed potatoes with gravy to die for. Still have a rosemary tingling in my mouth and lots of leftovers.
 
DH went to work and left the salad I had fixed for his lunch. Well, he had sat down and ordered a philly beef steak sandwich when he got a call that he was supposed to be at a lunch meeting. They had chef salads, so he brought the sandwich home and said we can split it and his salad for supper.
 
We had pizza and a bowtie pasta salad ranch dressing & bacon bits (our pig) w/trio lettuce in it with onion and green onion also salt and pepper.....someone made this at a gathering bbq and it was so good and just as good last night everyone liked it.
