Homemade Coconut Shrimp and Baked fries last night.

Tonight Spaghetti, Spinach salad (from our garden), and fresh baked bread.

There's not really a recipe...Here in Texas a handful of Fritos with chili, cheese sauce and hot peppers dumped on top is called Frito Pie.

You just open a large group size can of Wolf Brand Chili..(it's really the best) and a regular size jar of cheese dip and heat it up in the microwave. Put mustard on your hot dogs then top it with chili and cheese dip.

Then put some Fritos on your plate with your hot dog and pour some chili and cheese of them as well. Then pop the plate in the microwave and heat it all up and eat the whole big messy thing with a fork and a big dill pickle on the side. They are sooooooo good!!!

Oh my goodness that sounds so good! I have teenage nephews coming to visit, that sounds like something to add to the menu!

Oh redhen.....just chilli and cheese over frittos. I ad onions. Do you have a Sonic there? They have fritto pie made in a burrito they are so good. Wallyworld has fritto pies....in the little snack area. Both are inexpensive great for a snack or lunch if you are out and busy doing errands.

Last night was homegrown Rotisserie Chicken with fresh tomato and cucumber salad - so cool and refreshing.

It's Friday so tonight homemade pizza - think I made some homemade Mozzarella and have it thinned sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.

I just made a giant Lasagna for the weekend. I have to work all weekend
