Last night was Cajun Pork Chops, Hassle Back Potatoes in foil and asparagus all on the grill.

Smoked ham steak, cut up with potatoes, carrots, onions and cabbage and boiled, cracklin cornbread on the side....yum!!

Tonight I made: maple syrup pork chops, egg noodles with gravy, and butternut squash mashed with maple syrup and butter. The Princess says that I can keep my job.
