Went ot a friend's house the other night and she made this Jambalaya and and it was sooooooo gooooood. She sent some home with us and my husband wants it on the top ten list for sure plus wanting me to make some more soon. You have to try this one.

Homemade chicken pot pie. Worst part, the oldest rat come home to "visit". Funny thing she left after supper.

Yesterday we had leftovers: brown rice....baked sweet potatoes....and homegrown pork chops sauteed in butter and then baked in a creamy mustard sauce with apples. Yum! Even my sister, who is a mustardophobe, enjoyed it.
