Lasagna for dinner tonight. I made it this morning so I did not have to tonight. Just toss in the oven. We did a bunch of work outside the last two days.
 
Tonight will be Artichoke and turkey pepperoni calzones... minis of course as I'm on a diet and need portion control. With a nice side salad, not so bad!

(Making my own dough too, though the Pillsbury pizza dough would be quicker.)
 
Lamb tacos : 9

Friend gave me some roast lamb so all I need to do is rewarm it chopped up with some cumin added then it goes in toasted corn tortillas w/sour cream, some jack cheese, salsa & tons of cilantro
 
Leftover chinese chicken wings from the crockpot and parmesan noodles,salad and garlic cheddar biscuits. Got to eat early cuz dd13 has a ball game.
 
Steaks on the grill, sauteed cabbage and onion and thinly sliced potatoes in foil on the grill.
 
Starting from the bottom...Organic...
quail eggs, fancy french cheese, ham, cream cheese whipped with Nantucket honey, fresh rosemary.
 
Tonight I am making Squishie's fav Aussie style potato cakes. Peel and slice potatoes into 1/8 rounds, Boil until still firm but enough for the next step to finish them (prob 7 mins?). If you cook them too long they break apart when you dip them. (of course that gives you more crunchy peices) but ...............
Coat in batter (beer batter) flour + beer + salt and pepper.
Deep fry in Veg oil until crisp and bubbly
Goes great with fish of course and some tomato sauce

a grilled chicken caeser salad at McDonalds..ugh...

5 ww points...and I have 10 left for the day..I'm starving but have nothing to eat here that fits within that point value anymore...
I refuse to gain the weight back...

so I'll probably eat a bowl of cereal and that'll be about 5-6 points..and maybe a yogurt...

tomorrow...I WILL EAT..& EAT GOOD I SHALL...but who's bringing the food to me??

I have boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinading in this mixture right now. With that we're going to have have mashed red skin potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a big salad. Yummy... I'm ready to eat now!
